Upload year counts

Upload UG year counts spreadsheet

This page allows you to upload a count of the number of students in each year of all UG programmes from a spreadsheet.

The expected columns are as follows. Required columns are shown in bold.

  • Programme code
  • Programme title
  • Year 1 student count
  • Year 2 student count
  • Year 3 student count
  • Year 4 student count
  • Year 5 student count
  • Year 6 student count

The data for import must be on the default tab of the spreadsheet.

The columns must have headings, but they can take any values you like. After uploading, you will identify the columns to use.

Click the Choose file button to locate the spreadsheet that you want to upload.

Clicking Upload will take you to the next step in the process.

Clicking Cancel will take you back without saving.
